Ordering & Customization

Q: What types of products do you offer?  

A: We specialize in custom-branded apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and uniforms, as well as promotional products like pens, mugs, bags, and more.  

 

Q: Can I add my logo or design to any product?

A: Yes! We offer a variety of customization options, including screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and engraving, depending on the product.  

 

Q: What file format do you need for my logo or design? 

A: We prefer high-resolution vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF. If you’re unsure about your file, our team can assist with formatting.  

 

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: Minimum order requirements vary by product. Some items have no minimums, while others require bulk ordering. Contact us for specific details.  ​

Production & Turnaround Time

Q: How long does it take to produce my order? 

A: Production time depends on the complexity and quantity of your order. On average, most orders take 2-3 weeks after artwork approval. Rush options may be available.  

 

Q: Can I see a sample before my order is produced?

A: Yes! We provide digital proofs for approval before production. Physical samples may be available upon request, but additional charges may apply. 

Pricing & Payment

Q: How is pricing determined?
A: Pricing is based on product type, quantity, customization method, and design complexity.  Bulk discounts are available for large orders.  
 
Q: What payment methods do you accept?  
A: We accept credit cards, checks, Venmo and ACH payments. Payment terms may vary for bulk or repeat customers. *Please note that a 3% processing fee may be added for payment by credit card.*
Q: Can I return or exchange custom items?

A: Because custom-branded items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.  

 

Q: What if my order has a defect or mistake? 

A: If there is an issue with your order due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work to resolve it. 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Do you offer design help? 

A: Yes! We can assist with logo placement, color selection, and artwork adjustments to ensure the best results.  

 

Q: Can I order different sizes and colors in one order?

A: Absolutely! You can mix and match sizes and colors within the same design. Some restrictions may apply based on printing methods.  

 

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?

A: Yes! The more you order, the more you save. Contact us for bulk pricing details.
